Visited the centre on 30 March, and were lucky to be served by Bryon.  We were struggling to find a match with a paint used last year - a shade called ‘Fresh Sage’.  He could not have been more helpful in tracking down this colour for us.  He tried ringing the shop where it was purchased last year but they had not kept a record so he patiently painted a square of the colour on a piece of paper and colour matched it on his computer.  He truly could not have done more to help - even offering us a cup of coffee and advice on decorating products we were looking for while we waited for the paint to be mixed.  Thank you Byron for such excellent service - we could not have wished for better.

I was looked after by Pam Sidhu who immediately came to my assistance. She could not have been more patient and attentive. She had great knowledge and helped with my enquiries. The entire shop felt very homely where all people coming in were treated like old friends. Great experience. Thanks

Had a few visits to Crown in Slough, each time I had a superb customer experience with Pam there. The first time I bought paint, she ensured I got the best price available and didn’t rush us deciding on the colour etc.  Due to unforeseen circumstances we needed more paint and I thought I might try a slightly darker colour which I nearly bought impulsively. Pam strongly recommended I take some sample pots, if she hadn’t I’d have made a terrible mistake and would have been quite unhappy.  Pam has been fabulous throughout and I’ll be disappointed when I finish painting that I won’t have an excuse to see her. Her customer service is wonderful, I wish I had this experience everywhere I go. Thank you for looking after me on my painting journey!

Crown is honestly the best place to buy paint. Pam is one of the friendliest staff members I have ever worked with. She always remembers my clients and I when we come in and is always so helpful. Highly recommend going to the slough branch specifically!

I have nothing but positive feedback for Pam and Byron. Fast , friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.  Pam was able to help us with product selection and colour match.  Byron was able to advise and deliver for us.  This is now my go to paint supplier.

Well organized and stocked place with brilliant quality paints. I had to purchase quite a few items and really appreciated the help of Pam, who willingly assisted with all my needs.

Pam was very knowledgable and confident of her expertise in sourcing out the different types of paints that I enquired about. She gave top tips to save time in buying the correct products I wanted for each wall and ceiling.

Every experience I have with pam and byron is an absolute pleasure. They always serve with a smile and solve all my problems and find answers to all my questions. They're also very patient and have an in depth understanding and very good memory when it comes to dealing with united living the company I work forms orders.  Great service from start to finish.
