I'm leaving this review prior to the completion of the fitting. From the moment I walked into the showroom, I have been made to feel like an extremely valued customer. I have to admit I've created a few problems due to my own time scales. Every time I've I've thrown a bit of a curveball due to my own workload and schedule Adam and his team of fitters and Anne in the showroom coopies lane industrial estatehave done everything in their power to accommodate me they're still working their socks off to get things done in time for me to move in this week, I can't really thank them enough and I would certainly recommend Castle Carpets to anyone who is considering a refresh or moving into a new home. They really are a first class outfit A+++. I will, of course, update this post with photos upon completion

Couldn’t ask for more- carpet supplied and fitted exactly as promised. Fitter and sales/office staff professional and friendly. Very happy customer.

Customer service is very very poor and for the price what we paid, I was expecting more luxury but Instead Frank's Flooring would've been better. It's a shame as we would prefer to shop with small businesses but this is a lesson learnt.

Lots of choice and good range of prices. We have been regular customers for a number of years . Always happy with their workmanship.

I hope their bosses realise what they have with those two. Our home is beautiful, we are so happy with their work. Paul I think a Christmas bonus is long overdue.

Had our house measured for fitting and the man said he would let us know the measurements the next day but no one ever contacted us back

Excellent service.    Bought Amtico with  special thanks to Jason who fitted superbly and had a lot of patience, really impress and would highly recommend.

Waited in all morning for them to call.  Even after ringing them more than once, was told be there in ten minutes.  5 hours later I'm still waiting.  Going to Wansbeck carpets instead.  Better staff, who do what they say they will.
