Great service and really nice staff including office and technicians. Came quickly and investigated an acute and longstanding problem. Paul and Kallum were friendly and helpful, sorted the problem and gave very useful advice. Strongly recommend and would use again.
Running a scam with home rescue 24/7 rude. Engineer turned up with no phone call saying on there way, and was very rude to myself. Do not trust this company or request a different one through your insurance company
Peter came out to survey our drains and was very polite, professional, explained what he was doing and showed us the video results. As there was some urgency to the necessary repairs an emailed report including video footage of problem areas and a quote was received within a few days and Peter arranged a prompt return to carry out the work. Great guys with what seems state of the art equipment. An excellent service.
Lee visited our house on 27th March, job number 740165, to sort out our drain problem, what a credit to Metro Rod! Lee worked through the problem, kept us informed, kept mess to a minimum, and sorted the issue in no time. A lovely, cheerful and very pleasant chap, who went the extra mile to fix the issue. Based on Lee, if we had a drain problem again, we wouldn’t think twice to get Metro Rod to fix it! Lady who I booked the appointment with was fab too, very efficient and friendly. All in all a brilliant service offered by Metro Rod.

The service was amazingly quick from phone call to arrival. The two engineer's who arrived were Darren and Ben, both very professional. Quickly found the sizeable problem then got all the right equipment from their van in to solve the problem and unblock a very blocked drain.
