Not an amazing company. Took them weeks to get a hire car. Car came back and still wasn't properly fixed. So its needing to go back now!
Excellent service from the moment I rang the garage to discuss my insurance claim, to the time that it was delivered back to me after the work had been completed. My car was collected from my home at the time arranged. Due to damage of the replacement door when it arrived at the garage, the repair took a couple of days longer than anticipated, but I was kept well informed of progress and the team worked hard to get my car back to me only a few days later. The repair was done extremely well and my car had been thoroughly cleaned inside and out. I would definitely recommend this garage. Thank you to all!
I’ve been delighted with the service and the repair. The car was collected on time, the work was completed ahead of schedule 4 working days and Thomas provided me with regular progress updates by phone. Staff are polite and friendly and the finished repair is completely indistinguishable from the rest of the body work. Highly recommended.
Very poor service from start to finish. They had my vehicle for over 2 weeks and all they kept saying on the phone was “it’s a big job”..... Well sorry for the inconvenience!!!! When I did get it back, most of the trims have broken clips, one of my mirrors hasn’t been connected. The paint match was no where near, you can see visible filler holes and on the whole a poor finish.
Called in on Friday with few minor scratches and scrapes for a quote but although they don't do bodywork anymore the guy got his T CUT and polished every scratch out brilliant top bloke thanks very much
The work they do is absolutely brilliant, very fast and high standard. The customer service is great and they keep you updated on any work they're doing.
Absolutely excellent service picked my car up and dropped it off when completed, kept us up to date with what was happening, definitely recommend
If you need a repair for your car after an accident then this is the place to come. They do a 1st class job. Always keep you informed of progress.
Brilliant repairs,I had my car repaired a few weeks ago and they never put a foot wrong ! I was updated throughout the repair process I highly recommend this company.
The owner himself holds this place back in my personal opinion. He is terribly patronising and it's a very onerous affair dealing with him. His son is much better. I would never go back or recommend this establishment after my experience, but I hope they get things sorted!
