Have had BMW's for many years now. I've used many garages, both Indy and main dealers. After finding these guys here i've never had to go anywhere else. Ive gone in with problems i thought would be silly expensive to find that they have the know how to keep me on the road without having to spend unnecessarily. I have had diagrams drawn and shown details on the computer system in total transparency and found it absolutely fascinating. If i've ever needed advice on the phone i've always gotten it and they have helped me out of some sticky situations no matter if its been a sunday afternoon and i have no brakes 150 miles away, they helped me out. I cannot speak highly enough of this business and the people that make it what it is. Bmw main dealers use these guys when they run out of talent themselves! These guys know there stuff and are honest and reliable. If its BMW they can fix it and improve it. i've seen them fix jags too ;

Really friendly and helpful from the moment you call to book your car in. Asks lots of questions explains everything keeping it simple. Takes the time to make sure you understand. Extremely knowledgeable. My best experience taking my car to the garage. Would highly recommend and will be back. Thank you.

My 2014 BMW had the idrive rebooting every few minutes. Booked in the car at BMWMAN and it was very professionally fixed in just 1 hr 30 mins. James is a very knowledgeable and professional mechanic. Really good price Thank you for all your help.

Excellent friendly service. Highly recommended. Recently used as had sensor fault. Two other garages didn't have a clue. My fault was diagnosed in minutes... their knowledge is amazing. If you have a BMW, don't take it anywhere else.

I cant recommend this garage enough, simply brilliant. BMW 318 with an unknown electrical fault and he pretty much told me his thoughts just after describing the issues I had seen. Worked hard to get my car back on the road with only limited time and I still have no idea how he managed it. Great bloke, great garage and great value. Thanks for the help and getting me back home safely.
