If you're looking for a great butcher shop in Wales, I highly recommend checking out this place. They'll even share some cooking tips if you ask nicely! All in all, this is a great spot to grab some high-quality meat and enjoy some good company. So if you're in the area, definitely swing by and see what they've got cooking!
We found this butchers by chance because we stopped in Builth on our way to Llandridnod from Merthyr. late last year. The meat and black pudding was so good that the day we are allowed to travel again when this lockdown is lifted will be the day we go back.
INSANELY EXPENSIVE!!! Quality is slightly above average but doesn’t justify 3X normal market price. My fault for not checking the bill before paying but still feel SCAMMED AND RIPPED OFF!!
A great family butchers ... our go-to place for lovely home cured bacon.
