I have used Morgan McKinley for a recent contracting job in Hong Kong and couldn’t be more happy with the service and speed in which it was done. The contracting team was very efficient in arranging interviews and giving feedback, helping to prep for the soft things that were outside of the JD. I was very impressed with the end to end recruitment and on-boarding experience with Morgan McKinley. Vanessa Wilson prepared me well and the job specs & her notes were detailed which boded well for both interviews. After offer, the Compliance and Contracting teams kept me in the loop and were efficient which was pleasing. noone ever picks up their lines every time I tried in the past 6m many many times. I notified MM 6 months ago their said they had new phone systems installed and that could be an issue. 6 m later there is no excuse to have same excuse For any business if phones dont work and you get them fixed. There is also no receptionist who will answer calls and direct your calls to the relevant person and if you have relevant person's no or their Team's general tel no they still never answer. Very unprofessional for any business running this way without being able to get in touch with them.
