Bought and collected a driver side rear axle for a Mercedes W205 which we discovered to be damaged, which is understandable, however upon raising this matter with the team we were oddly told that it wasn't purchased from them, and they therefore outright refused to issue any form of refund. Some accountability or acknowledgement on their part would be appreciated, but that doesn't seem to be forthcoming.

Whenever you collect parts ,you are dealt with efficiently and the price you are quoted is what you pay. Used them for over 30 years and will carry on doing so

I can't praise this company and its staff enough.  I made a major purchase through them. The service was exemplary, even showing me photos of the part coming off the car and shipping quickly. Unfortunately had an unexpected problem with the part which could not have been foreseen.  Morgan were totally professional, resolving the mater in a pragmatic way to my full satisfaction. In situations like this companies really show their true colours and many are found wanting. This is a company you can TRUST; buy with confidence!

Reasonably priced, items accurately described, and they are able to provide the part numbers to make sure item correct. Fast secure delivery especially for heavy items. Would recommend.
