5 of us arrived at the takeaway several days ago in need of a quick turnaround so we could then catch the train. The guy who served us knew this, and assured us that all of our meals would be ready in 5 minutes we presumed some stuff was already ready, in preparation for orders like ours, which were pretty standard. It took him almost 10 minutes just to prepare the two small pizzas! And they then took more than 10 minutes to be cooked. In the meantime, he managed somehow not to be able to prepare a small kebab and two donner meat & chips, despite the fact that he had plenty of time to do so. When we started asking him how long it would be, he would give bland assurances before disappearing out the back for a few minutes, come in, ignore us, and walk out again. Three of the five meals were handed to us just in time for us to get the train, but we had to leave the other two - even though we could see the donner meat and chips, ready to put together and given to us, in front of our eyes! Again, he just disappeared out the back, pretending there was a phone call to answer there was no phone ringing. Terrible, terrible service, and the food wasn't that good either. Customers are bottom of the list of priorities here. Avoid!!
Waited an hour for delivery of the most terrible pizza I have ever tasted. Garlic bread was not recognisable as garlic bread and pizza dough was raw. I wasn't expecting amazing pizza from here just a quick snack but it was inedible. Won't be returning
If you want to order food from here don't bother unless you have two hours to wait. We have ordered 6 time had late deliveries 4times 1 wrong order and 1 with horrid naan bread, it's a shame as the food is generally good
Waited 20 minutes after expected delivery time, was luke warm and worst undercooked nan breads I've ever had. Won't be returning
New staff and management, waited for over an hour for food that was in the shop. Lamb not cooked and naan just fell apart, had been going here for years. Don't bother go elsewhere. One star for the can threw the rest in the bin.
Always thought it was decent but it's shut down it seems they been naughty and paid the price...... Hope I not eaten a cat
Nice food all round have been going there for 2 yrs now
The Donna meat is amazing
