I recently asked David to help me with some business insurance for my embroidery and print business. Working with Moorhouse group Insurance was a game-changer for my business. Not only did they provide comprehensive coverage tailored to my needs, but they also managed to save me over £500 a year compared to my previous policy. Their professional service and quick setup were particularly impressive, especially considering how busy running a business can be. I highly recommend David at Moorhouse Insurance for any business owner looking for reliable coverage and significant savings.
Awful company to deal with, can't give a simple breakdown of costs. Sent debt collectors out even though I was waiting for a reply regarding a query of payments I made. AVOID there are much better companies to deal with.
Awful company! Avoid at all costs! Left us on hold for an hour, then cut us off twice, then when they finally did answer said someone would call back! They can’t solve anything online or on the chat, only when they deem it convenient to call you! The cover we took out was not fit for purpose as they did not record our vehicle correctly and then wanted about her £300 ! On cancellation they have decided we owe another £148 on top for the £60 we paid them for just 6 weeks cover!
Absolutely shocking, auto renew insurance without even sending me a renewal price. Still waiting for my refund. Says they have cancelled and refund in place but can take 30days. Won’t ever do business with them again disgraceful service and the lady I spoke to was so rude and unhelpful
David Kaminski from Moorhouse arranged my business insurance and not only did he managed to beat the renewal quote from my existing provider but he managed to extend its value significantly. David went the extra mile to explain the cover and exactly what was needed. The personal touch was very much appreciated. Thanks again for your help. I would highly recommend using their services for your business insurance.
I didn’t realise that no claims discount couldn’t be taken into consideration from a private car to a commercial vehicle when I submitted my quote. I proceeded to take out insurance and paid a deposit. I called up to confirm my details 3 days later and I was notified they couldn’t take my claims into consideration, in most cases the company would deduct any days insured, but they refunded the full amount the very next day, the guy was super friendly too, unusual in this day and age. Would recommend, thank you.
They owe me my deposit back for cancellation of insurance after just 1 day. As we found cheaper quote. That was 3 weeks ago still waiting after numerous calls and emails. Nothing!!!
Need to check your clients details more carefully. Fed with getting phone calls from you. I DO NOT HAVE ANY FORM OF INSURANCE WITH YOU. STOP RINGING MY NUMBER. ITS ANNOYING
SCAMMERS/avoid All the other good reviews are fake Take payment then disappear Phone lines cut off immediately No response
Certainly don't live up to their mission statement of integrity when sending spam calls with automated voice messages to call them. Only reason they got one star is because I can't give them less.
