Impossibly slow, inefficient and bugged softwares, and incompetent legal advice. If you are contacting them for legal advice through your insurance cover, forget any sort of support in your direction. They work for the insurance, not you.
Bureaucratic, slow, incompetent, and take to long to act. The worst firm ever - avoid, especially as an add on in an insurance policy. The likelihood of securing specialist advice or, perish the thought, financial assistance is nil. Be very careful when choosing your insurance policy. Google DAS complaints insurance, and you will see what I mean.
Really terrible company. I have emergency home insurance with them. They didn’t have any ‘engineers’ available when I had a home emergency. They told me I could use my own trades and they would reimburse me. They then refused to reimburse my very reasonable claim, under £200. Referred to the insurance ombudsman. These guys will do anything they can to avoid paying out. AVOID

THEY ACT UNPROFESSIONALLY AND TRY TO BULLY YOU TO PAY OUT.nTHIS COMPANY ENCOURAGE EX EMPLOYEES TO RING CUSTOMERS, ACCOUNTANTS AND BOOK KEEPERS TO TRY AND DEMAND MONEY WITH MENACE AND SLANDEROUS LIES.nLUCKILY WE WONT BE BULLIED BY THEM AND NOW DEALING WITH FCA AND WILL KEEP YOU ALL UPDATED ON COURT CASE.nTHIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE STRUCK OFF WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT.
