I can’t believe how disappointed I am with this company. Had blinds fitted by them over 6 months ago now . When they came out to give me a quote were good and told me their blinds won’t fade or sag in the middle so decided to go with this company over others that came out and gave a cheaper price, which in my case almost £500. It took around 7 weeks for the fitter to come out. No problem with the fitter they use, however no end caps. So they said they will get them out to me asap. 6+ months on still waiting. I have called numerous times, they tell me that that they will get them sorted asap! Still waiting! On top of this they are now sagging in the middle, again I have called and spoken to them about this and they still haven’t corrected the fault, I have done everything they have asked, I have sent them emails, photos and still they haven’t corrected. Customer service is one of the worst I have encountered they have told me they will call back, they never do! So if you want a cheap blind and cheap customer service then go with these however if you want a better product and good customer service go elsewhere, as I wouldn’t waste your money. I am currently in process of taking this matter further as they have left me with no other option. Very disappointed.

Excellent fitting and service. All done from measuring to fitted within 10 days. The fitter that came didn't catch his name he was polite and friendly  wore his face mask at all times and even offered to take his shoes off when entering. Highly recommended

DONT USE THIS BUSINESS AT ALL. Illiterate workers. They rung me and because I couldn’t understand his broken English started swearing down the phone threatening to come down . I then told him to come but he cut the phone. Maybe the workers should take some ESOL lessons instead of trying to fit blinds.

Really competitively priced and really nice quality, it was cheaper to buy from moonlite and get them installed than it was to buy them and do it myself. Really quick installation time also, appointment was next day and they were installed a week later

Quality service from start to finish. Fitting was quickly after we received the quote. The fitter, Ian was superb and went above and beyond for us. 5 star service and the price was the best around. Highly recommend this company.

Absolutely in love with my new blinds, I had 3 vertical from the £99 offer! Jaqs was very helpful in booking the quotation in for me and amending then installation date when I needed them to come slightly early. Great customer service experience. Definitely will be going back. Thank you.
