Bought a bagel here from Newlands Bakery, best bagel I've ever had! Good selection of fruit and veg and groceries despite its small size.

AVOID Do not support a business that thinks it is acceptable to laugh at and humiliate people! Rude and unkind owner/staff. When stopped outside in traffic 2 members of staff-1 younger,1 older possibly the owner thought it was acceptable to point and laugh at me whilst making hand gestures, this appeared to be directed at me and not other drivers and continued until i had gone round the corner. As I was parking round the corner I walked back round to question why and explain it was offensive. I was met with more rudeness and advised by the older man "learn to lighten up and don't take life to seriously, we were having a laugh" he never told me why he was laughing at me but instead sneared "you came all the way back round to say that?" Obviousy not expecting me to be local!  As someone who has been racially abused,bullied and laughed at for years growing up, it just hit a nerve that 2 adults were now behaving in this way. I would hope it was not racially motivated, however as i was not given a reason i do not know. This is a disgusting way to treat anyone and I will be making sure to share my experience with others!

Great shop has everything you need owner and other staff are always pleasant. Keep going to our local shop. Use it or lose it.

Good wee local shop, and best place in the area to get a Christmas tree that will last till the big day.  Highly recommend

Great shop and friendly staff also the sell Xtrees when the time comes around. Best corner shop in Glasgow.

Top notch! Great service, going above and beyond in lockdown, and the Xmas trees are the best around.
