Love this pub it’s so friendly and they have great live music on with penthouse practise suite hosting an open mic night every second Sunday. Good selection of beers on tap as well as non alcoholic options

I love Monty's, great atmosphere and I've seen some awesome bands at their events. It's one of my favourite venues, the staff are really friendly and so are the clientele. Check it out, if you like rock music you'll have a great night!
Great pub, not bad prices, nice wee atmosphere, would definitely recommend, plus amazing songs with good variety and very interesting people
The meal was amazing honestly couldnt ask for anything more, provided high chair for the little one and if you go on a Monday you get anything on the whole menu 50% off if you tag yourself on facebook your at montys bar. We have always went in at night and had drinks but was the 1st time trying it for a meal,100% would go back
Great live music venue, one of the few unspoilt by endless repetitions of a few popular cover versions and instead presenting fresh , honest and exciting new music. Friendly helpful staff and an using buzz
