Terrible company. Driver broke my item on my drive - no big deal, it happens, he was apologetic, cleaned up after and said it would be replaced which was all fine. Two days later I had heard nothing from the company. No phone call to apologise. No phone call to tell me a new order had no been placed. Nothing to even confirm an order would be placed. I started trying to chase this up myself but nobody could/would ever help me. All I got told was that I had to contact the seller myself. Why should I????? They broke the item, not me. They should be doing the leg work, not me. I then got a call from another company claiming to be dealing with the matter asking if I still had the item. I told her the driver had taken it away and expected an apology for what had happened and an update on what would happen next. I got neither. Every time I called to find out what would happen next I got passed from person to person and got no answer other than - the person dealing with it isn't at their desk or call the seller and sort it out yourself. The icing on the cake was when my wife phoned and finally got speaking to somebody who was actually dealing with it and knew what was happening ( somebody from a 3rd company in the chain) she got told to " get stuffed" and got hung up on and every time she called back the girl refused to answer the phone. So I'm now £450 out of pocket and still not 100% sure what's happening. This company is incompetent, uncaring and horrific to deal with. - DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
