I had the pleasure of a missed delivery from Montgomery Transport today.having taken the day off left the driveway gates open locked up the dogs checked the doorbell worked then sat down and tracked the vehicle  first delivery on it and waited only to get a message saying I had a missed delivery. Finally got through to the driver who confirmed he had been on my property for ten minutes but had only ‘chapped’ the door please hadn’t seen the doorbell.[see photo] spot the bell? clearly needs glasses or something.

Saw one of your drivers online! The guy makes your company look great! A very nice man indeed. Give him a pay rise. Dj audits sent us

Just had a delivery of big box - ride-on lawnmower. Girl driver - think her name was Gemma or Jenna - she was fantastic at unloading the box. Best delivery to us with this size of box and really pleasant and nice as well. Well done that girl

What a great friendly driver, saw him on YouTube…..he’s a real credit to your company!  Please give him a pay rise or let him out early for a cold beer sometime soon!  Other transport companies should watch how it’s done……10/10!
