The food and drinks were really good. It's a bit dark inside so that takes some adjustment if you're in during the day. The staff were pleasant. Very good Vegan burgers available!

Very Disappointed by our visit tonight, when they brought my wife's main course, chilli nachos, it was almost cold, they took it away and reheated it, but by the time it arrived back at our table, I had finished my main course. So rather than enjoying a meal together, she got to watch me eat my meal, then eventually I got to sit and watch her eat hers. We ordered two Irish Coffees, only to be told, that they had no whipping cream left, on a Saturday evening !!! We left, very dissapointed and would think twice about returning ! Overpriced American diner - £7.50 for a hotdog and nearly £5 extra if want sweet potato fries with that - Monterey Jack's is in danger of becoming more style over substance and service. I've been three times now and always come away feeling a little let down. Most recent visit was on a Saturday night. There were two young members of staff on, who were pleasant and polite but didn't appear to have had any customer service training at all. When I wanted a menu or to pay the bill, I had to go looking for them. Slightly disappointing.

Great place to eat , we were staying nearby for a few nights . The service was excellent, food was absolutely delicious. Looking forward to a return visit in the near future. Would highly recommend.
