Alom picked up myself, disabled wife and our dog from a late night wedding reception in rural Monmouthshire. He turned up on time, was polite and made the transfers easy. Knowing I was looking for a taxi on Sunday am he phoned me to say he could fit us in and once again did that. Nice young man, immaculate car. Have already recommended him to friends.
The driver Alom showed up a few minutes early for our trip to London Heathrow from Ross-on-Wye. The trip was around two hours and Alom was a quick and efficient driver, getting us to LHR a little earlier than expected. The car was roomy and comfortable and all our luggage fit easily. Alom was very friendly and helpful with our luggage. The fee was very reasonable compared to other car services. Highly recommend them.
