Today I need give 4 stars .today was our double party which went really well until show up our ordered mascots nothing went wrong the guy and girl did well just they didn’t feel confident at all in them role. I think if they want charge £35 for mascot of 15min they should choose someone who can do actor role and feel confident with kids to make them happy. Overal the decorations was done really good we had music which kids enjoyed. Food was great and the member stuff who was organising our party was really great she listened my request and tried to do all to fill up my wish for what I can say big Thank you. Customer service great girls really helpful and friendly.
We had our sons 3rd birthday here and it was brilliant. Well organised and helpful staff. Decorations of the party room was great and the added visit from Spider-Man was lots of fun. Everyone was happy with the food. I normally get stressed but I had all that stress taken off of my hands from the team. Would highly recommend.
I had my 4 year old daughters birthday party here, we paid a little extra to have a princess party with a Belle and I was over the moon with the decorations in the party room. Organisation was brilliant and there was no stress at all. I would definitely recommend to friends and family and would most definitely return for another party. 5* all round
I like this soft play. The under 5 tiny town is really sweet and the bigger part is also good! Food is okay, can order via an app from the table which is useful
Perfect place to take your child , perfect for kids bday.
My little boy had an AMAZING 6th birthday at Monkey Bizz today! All the staff were so lovely, in particular Lauren, she was wonderful and incredibly helpful from start to finish, she was brilliant with the children and really made my little boys birthday party so special in more ways than one! The amazing Spiderman also made an appearance - he was fantastic and so engaging with the children - my little boy loved him! The party room was lovely and clean and laid out with spiderman theme. Party hats were provided, along with music and lights and every effort was made to make it fun for the children. Lauren was so organised and took all the stress away. I would highly recommend :
Just had a 4th birthday party here for my daughter which I was really nervous about and super stressed but I dont know why they was brilliant!! Will deffo book again was just so super easy thank you so much!!
Great fun for baby to 5yr old, they have role play area, mini softplay area and a small area for the little babies, my 2yr old enjoys all of that especially baby area they have cars to ride on and pushchair...i think monkey bizz is the best to go from baby to grown-ups
Its ok to good. The issue is its so limited and predictable. And kids get bored quick unless they with friends. The good things is that its more affordable than the others. 3.5 stars
Very nice place to take the children, the staff are helpful but understandably look like they’ve had enough, it’s a very fast paced environment which is to be expected... when there is a problem the staff are quick to deal with it and sort it out
