Absolutely LOVED it. Queues weren't too long. Great staff. It was a lot bigger than I expected and had a lot of different diggers/things to do. Lots of different things for different heights. You need to be a minimum of 90cm to enjoy most of it as you need that for sitting a lap. Solo drivers is mostly from 110cm so be aware of the height of your child before you go. One baby change available in the main building but there's two toilets main building and restaurant. Restaurant has ok food, but it's quick service. I'd definitely come back again. A lovely day out for young and old.
Good fun, kinda rough and ready but that’s the whole point! We went rather than the big attractions as they’re so expensive and we defo got better value for money but more importantly we got to actually do stuff, learn stuff, and not just go to tell people or post photos on social media. All the plant here is real and it’s great fun, you’ll get to see how people drive in real life Easy to find easy to walk around, and great fun!
Excellent day out - loads to do, queues were only 5-10 people weekday, friendly staff and my 4yr old could get involved in lots of it both riding with me and on her own on a few drives/rides too. Decent value, some very unique rides/experiences see photos!, big soft play and even dodgems £1 a go. Will definitely be back
What a great place! Absolutely loved our time here. We visited on a very wet morning which made for perfect digging conditions and serious lack of queuing . Plenty of activities to keep children and adults entertained. The food is reasonably priced and in general most of the staff seemed happy to be there. The gift shop is ok, but there is a minimum spend of £5 to use a card, which for a child is a bit much. Overall I loved the place and will definitely be looking into more of the adult experiences they have on offer. We're fully digger mad now
Really nice place. Friendly staff and good choice of activities. Lots to do for kids and grown ups. £80 for 4 adults and 1 child. 2 were free. Play centre was okay, nice and big, but not the feeling of being as clean as others. Control your own digger was a big hit.Visited onWeekendWait timeUp to 10 minReservation recommendedNo
Bit of a poor show today, full price to enter. Closes at 16:00 why when it’s nowhere near dark, told on entry Krazy Karts & Safari are not running. Then on entering we find some rides only running at 50%, as in only 1 piece of machinery in use. Not acceptable when you’re closing early & charging the full price! The Stack A Track ride seats are jammed or set the furthest back they will go. Then a child that meets the height requirement can’t reach the pedals! I tried to use the mechanism to slide the seat forward and it doesn’t work! Absolutely ridiculous . At least half the mini land rovers are missing too, making queues twice as long as necessary. However the kids enjoyed it. As requested, to clarify this is Diggerland Kent. Im actually surprised you need to ask that when surely the photos of the world record digger are in my review along with the view from the high ride. As for the Health & Safety cop out, it doesn’t wash, just like the rides saying closing at 4pm but finding them Loses at 3:55pm. Funny not how Health & Safety let’s the gift shop stay open after 4pm
Really fun experience, kids and grown ups enjoyed the rides. Some members of the staff were outstanding! And if you head to the digg inn they are very profesional and knowledgeable about their food. Nice soft play as well!Visited onWeekendWait timeUp to 10 minReservation recommendedYes
I wish I could say this place was good, as it sounded great for a digger obsessed toddler and a 10 year old, but the amount of time it takes even in a short queue to get on most of the rides is just silly for what the rides actually are. For a price of £32 per ticket, even for most children, I expected at least a few more staff helping to speed up basic processes like getting people strapped into rides. As an example, it took about 25 minutes just to queue behind about 8 people to get onto a digger to dig up some mud pictured, and there were 4 diggers, but only two being used, I assume due to a lack of staff. Then things like the bumper cars costs extra money to go on. I hope this place finds a way to streamline things somewhat, as it could be decent, but currently it's just a lot of waiting around for a lot of very slow rides
Getting expensive now little one is charged and understand it's up for price hike soon Lots of adults on the rides which I get if they pay but maybe have adult only day/evening? Also a discount or free entry for those adults unable to, or don't want to go on rides like an expectant mother Love the concept though Staff are friendly and helpful.
Overall a great day. The staff are super friendly. The food was very average see attached pictures for the price you pay. Even the ketchup isn't free so make sure you carry your own ;. The rides are good, but it is an overdose of diggers. It is a great experience once, but not for a repeat visit. I think the site could do with some TLC, it isn't as attractive as some of the other theme parks especially as you pay close to what you would pay at others. Credit to the nice staff though, everyone were smiley and super friendly.
