Ordered 2 taxis. One from house to vet with a poorly pup turned up immediately, driver was great. Second one from vets back home never turned up. Waited 45mins, walked into street and go a taxi almost immediately, so cancelled. Was given no indication there would be a long wait, so wasn't impressed. Maybe better to use from home address? ‍
Booked a taxi well in advance. Waiting outside the house and received a text saying ‘unable to collect passenger’ - we missed our train as a result. Wife called main number 4 or 5 times with no answer, called from a different number and they answered straight away. Obviously too busy so just bumped us. Great service
Use Company regularly. Booked a taxi of Friday for return trip to Carnoustie on Saturday night. Pick up Ok and on time. However no return taxi appeared at the venue. After waiting outside for 10 minutes phoned the office and was told the taxi had been there and there was no one there at 11.15. It transpires that the taxi had gone to the original pick up point and not the destination. Eventually a replacement taxi appeared to take 4 very cold and annoyed OAPs back to the Ferry. Very poor service given weather etc.
Worst taxi company ever. Told our taxi would be 20 minutes. 50 minutes later we were still waiting. Called again to be told the system stated we had been collected. Told another cab would be sent and take a "matter of minutes" 15 minutes later still no cab. Called again to ask when we could expect our taxi. Told it was a "matter of minutes" again. Cancelled cab and ended up walking to our destination using Google maps! Strangers to the town and heading to a party so hadn't wanted to walk in our heels laden with party goods otherwise we would have walked in the first place arrogant attitude of call handler, clearly hates her job and customers, really needs some training in customer service.
Let down badly, arranged the day before for a special day with my 83 year old mother. The driver didn't announce his late arrival - and apparently it was our fault for not hanging about in the car park for him! 0/10 for service & attitude.
As a large company we have used this company for major clients to and from every airport in Scotland we can fault this service staff very friendly drivers are excellent we are in discussions with the company and our other clients to extend and even more work My wife ordered a taxi last Friday driver was very polite well dressed my wife who used them for the first time said there a nice friendly company the driver explained that there the only company in the area that don't use mobile phones to mobile phones it's all done in a office then on to computer then pinged to the driver who has the latest updated system in his car she was quite impressed how the system worked anyway monifieth premier taxis keep up the great service Brian
Great service. Called to get a taxi because my car battery died, the guy came and gave me a jump start. Not many companies would do that. Thanks again
To all the taxi drivers from monifieth premier taxis what a fantastic thing you guys are doing they had delivered vital medicine to my next door neighbours for free I spoke to the driver and he said that all the drivers are doing this at there expense wow there helping the NHS as best they can what a great gesture then he also said that if you use the phone at the desk at Tesco Monifieth or get a member of staff to phone from there phone not the free phone as that’s not there’s they donate 30pence to the Tesco Foodbank for the local area what other taxi firm from monifieth do this the community are proud of monifieth premier taxis great work you guys
