What a fantastic place. I was on holiday in the area and had issues with my dog pulling badly on the lead. I spotted this shop and popped in to look at muzzles etc. The help and advice I had from Paul (I hope I remember his name correctly!) was way above anything I have known before. He selected a lead and within a few minutes had Alfie walking fairly normally. I also noticed they have a grooming parlour so I asked about getting Alfie a shampoo and set. Although they were fully booked until January 2018, Paul arranged to fit Alfie in. I cannot recommend Monifieth Pets highly enough.

The best pet shop ever. Paul is dedicated to all animals and also cheaper than bigger companies for supplies. Also takes his time to help you with anything you need. Lucky to have a local shop so dedicated to animals.

We have a 4 month old Springer Spaniel called "Bonny". We visited this petshop ( we're from cardiff) whilst on holiday as Bonny was continually pulling on the lead. The owner recommended a lead that also goes over her nose and took time to show us how to fit it and use it. We have not looked back....Bonny walks beautifully and is very happy....so are we!! Thank you so much for excellent service. I hope your pet shop becomes very successful.. ..you deserve it.
