The most unprofessional people you will ever meet. First time we took the dogs they failed to be there for the agreed collection. The second time they failed to be there for the drop-off (even though I'd paid £640 for 3 dogs and confirmed the night before). Then when we did get the dogs to them a day late because of their failure to be there when agreed (via a 3rd party as we were in Portugal), they refused to refund the money for the missed day even though the error was there's. When I questioned Steve on the refund he lost his temper, calling me a tit and put the phone down on me (I have the call recording if anyone wants to hear the kind of businessman you would be dealing with). In addition, when we collected the dogs their leads were missing for the second time (and Paul, the help, said 'he does this all the time'). Please save yourselves the hassle and use someone who knows how to run a business, these guys clearly don't
