I have had the pleasure of dealing with Molly at your Andover store a few times now. The first was when I called to enquire about winter jackets: she assisted in checking whether they had my size, and then put this item aside for me until I picked it up an hour later. Waiting for me was a range of jackets, and I ended up buying one that she picked out. Molly is innovative, resourceful, helpful to a fault, and always with a welcoming smile.nToday she was equally helpful with sizes for Wellington boots.nThank you so much for your sterling service, Molly. Always such lovely helpful staff. And good quality items like clothing and pet accessories.
Nobody ever answers the phone, I have to drive all the way there and risk a wasted journey if the medicine dispensing staff are not in . I have called numerous stores multiple times . There is no point having a phone number . Out of 4 stores, Cirencester are the only store who have ever picked up !

Adamantly told I could not collect a 20kg sack from the back store when collecting chicken feed. Stupidity has just lost mole valley 90 tonnes of organic animal feed a month . Major over hall of customer service is needed
