Dont even bother ringing for a appointment, you wont get 1, the reception staff are useless!!!!! If u ever see a doctor and they tell you to book another appointment at the desk, all you get at the desk is ring next day at 8am and we wont answer

Having developed an infection over the weekend I thought telephoning on a Monday morning would be very difficult. I had about a five minute wait and when I got through I explained to the receptionist, who was very helpful, my problem. I was able to use the On Day service at the Health Centre. The doctor called me and after explaining my situation it was decided I didn't need to see her. She left me a prescription at the desk and within an hour of my original call I was being treated. Thank you for such prompt treatment especially as I'm about to go on holiday!

Lack of queuing on calls means constantly redialing to try and get an appointment. Started ringing a few times but call was cut off each time. Over 80 redials just to get through to their wait line.

Called from 8:00am on the dot. 80 times. No answer. Called at lunch to see if I can get an appointment on another day. Lady at reception said I couldnt and that I will have to call in the morning to play this stupid game all over again.

Kettles more important than the phone, reception is useless here, probably won't need the appointment by the time you get it......................... Yp don't need it now too late, why does this go up to five shud rate it out of one star I give it nothing not even my time anymore would sooner suffer my problems nd not go there rather than go there nd still have problems... More problems in fact.....................Someone get her a toothbrush can't tell if she talking or farting, gotta go, no more time to waste here
