My elderly mother has been trying to get through to postpone an x-ray appointment following a fall which has prevented her from leaving her house, but no one picks up the phone. I've tried as well and the call is cut off after a few rings.

There has been changes and our surgery  attune is getting  sorted and lot better , you have to give and take .I have been very and one new doctor  was there for great help ,even all reception  are always there for help and kindnessnThere is always someone  to chat to .it's one great team cannot do enough for you ..please have patience  and give a little  time ..nTo treat them all kind is a bonus , you will always be sorted . All drs.reception and all other team your great job ..Mrs M.......

Not a good experience. Having moved to the area recently I have twice turned up for appointments and been sent to wrong waiting area and then told I have been put down as a DNA.

Friendly helpful staff always have good experience capable medical professionals
