My friend had an appointment for her 2nd sweep as she is 40 +5 days pregnant. Her appointment was at 3:30 and we waited there until 4 a clock to then be told that all the midwife’s have gone home. Absolutely shocking to leave a hungry pregnant lady waiting just to be told that no one cares and it’s home time.
Took my daughter for a blood test from appt made by the doctor. Very rude lady on reception had a go at us because we were not given the form. This is not the 1st time the rudeness of reception has been upsetting and now again we have to go back to the doctors wasting more time and have to face the rath of her again. Great service. Not!!!!!!!
Just been told to call the health center by my GP for swabs and bloods due to a. Infection and spoke to the rudest woman ever completely refused to make me an appointment after leaving me on hold for half an hour I've never come across such negligence and incompetence since trying to get money back off now pensions
I was referred to this centre maybe over a year ago. Very dissapointed with the service.i was told I won’t do an MRI scan the first session because it Definitley will come back with something and they don’t want to put their focus on that. Amazing! I have been seeing Katherine Holmes since a few months ago and getting the feeling that my pain is not important enough or that I am lying. Everytime I mention that I have severe back pain that shoots down my limb and have constant pins and needles and numbness, she says it’s not alarming and I have to go to the gym regardless of me saying that the pain is too much and I have been trying to go to the gym since I used to go to the gym for 2 hours everyday for years and the pain has stopped me from doing everything and she keeps saying I have to go and send me the same exercises as I have mentioned that I cannot do. I feel very ignored, not heard and that my pain is not important because I am young. I keep saying I am in so much pain that I can’t even sleep at night and the only resolution is to have sleeping medication. not realising what is causing it but something to forget about the pain. They reject to investigate more of what the pain is ,and the solution is sleeping medication regardless of the situation it will put me in with the side effects and affecting my life. Very upset and dissapointed.
A very, very busy health centre with multiple health clinics and doctors surgeries within it. Much bigger than Stapleford Health Centre. It also has a boots pharmacy attached to it.... It's very near to Long Eaton Asda - and 3 cash points, too...
