We recently bought a car from Moff motors in castle Cary and from the first initial email enquiring about the car to driving it away Mark was amazing. He responded to our questions quickly and very knowledgeable. Nothing was too much. Even when we arrived at the garage he was friendly and professional , offered us drinks and put us at ease straight away and we didn’t feel rushed or put under pressure to buy the car!! A highly recommended garage!! A* service.
I bought a 2019 Ford Focus ST from Moff Motors and I couldn’t be happier. Mark and Dan are both extremely professional but also friendly and a pleasure to do buisness with. The sale wasn’t pushy or forced they was forthcoming with all information on the car and ensured that the car was in tip top condition for when I collected it. The car was exactly the same as the photos online and matched the description to the letter. My experience from start to finish was a positive one and I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family for their future purchases. We picked up our Ford Puma ST today. This is the second time we have used Moff Motors. We can't recommend them highly enough; excellent service, and so helpful and friendly. And the cars are always in superb condition. We wouldn't go anywhere else.
Excellent customer service throughout, and the car was serviced as expected and within good time. We have used Moff Motors for many years now, both for purchasing cars and having them serviced regularly and would have no hesitation in recommending them.
started to use moff motors about 6 months ago as ive had issues with my car via another garage! moffs sorted my car out, nice staff and can trust them , will use them for services on my new car.
