Moff Motors Outstanding Dealer If you are looking to buy a car and you live within reasonable travelling distance of Castle Cary in Somerset you will not find a fairer or more professional dealer then Moff Motors. I recently purchased a Ford Focus automatic estate from them on a 13 plate and only 7000 miles. The car is fine but the battery proved faulty after a few days. I understand a battery is regarded as a consumable item and so is not usually covered by the warranty. However in the circumstances they agreed to replace it as a goodwill gesture and paid my local garage (who tested the battery and declared it faulty) to provide me with a new one to save me making a 80+ miles round trip to their garage without seeing the battery themselves. They have a huge range of low mileage quality cars at very competitive prices and give a very fair deal on part exchange. I recommend Moff Motors wholeheartedly without any reservations.

Purchased a car from this company. An OK service but would not choose to use them again or recommend them as better garages out there that have better customer care.

Not bought a car from then yet, but the chap in the workshop is very professional, knowledgeable and honest. Been there a couple of times over the years, and he has always helped me, rather than plonk me in a waiting room and ripped me off!! 10 out of 10 from Me :)
