We have Campervan CV 20. 5yrs oldnThe electrics in van kept tripping, also tripped various site supplies!nCan’t praise Mechanic Andy enough. He persevered with our electrical problem until he got an answer. He wasn’t going to give up. Thank you so much to Herald Caravans
Fantastic Company really helpful today. I was on The Royal Bath and West Show ground and they were delivering rental Caravans. I had a problem with my own Caravan the turma water heater was not passing hot water. I ask the chap who was delivering the caravans did he know any likely issues and he offered to have a quick look at it for me, he pointed me in the right direction to quickly fault the flow issue and hey its fixed it. The cold in let feed was blocked all scaled up, used a piece of wire to lose it up and out comes loads of scale Thank you so much. Note to self it needs descaling white vinegar. Thanks again for taking the time to firstly listen and secondly offer your support. Cheers M
We called in with caravan to pick up 2.9M of Lunar awning skirt channel, for which was quickly provided. We were given sound advice on removal/refit of the replacement channel and advised on sealants to utilise. The white Glue/Sealant is superior to normal silicant sealant as it sticks even through damp surface.nIf we need caravan bits again would certainly use Hrrald Caravans again. Thank you!
Fantastic service with honest advice. Had my caravan serviced there from recommendation from my neighbour. A few faults were identified, but the decision was left with me whether to get repaired or not. Advice was given as to if it was really worth repairing one or two things when compared against the price of the new item. Yes I recommend them and yes I will return.
I needed a part for a Thetford fridge. They had one in stock and fitted it and all perfect. Thanks.
