From our inception we have consistently maintained a focus on‘absolute’ quality of work and ‘outstanding’ levels levels of customer service for our customers.Our original premises housed only two ramps before we expanded into two units in February 2013 with continued growth resulting in our re-location in May 2017 to a substantial purpose built facility.Our New location extends to over 8000 square feet between two Units and has a new Class 4 & 7 MOT Lane with and additional Four Ramps, Tyre Bay and Diagnostic Bay. This extends to a modern workshop with a fresh reception, customer viewing areas and an internal used car showroom."

I got my MOT and repairs done with MM and they went above and beyond, booking me in the next day, keeping me updated, taking the time and care to do things to a high quality and the staff there were very friendly and knowledgeable. Can’t fault the service provided.Service: Brake service & repair
** Happy returning customer alert ** So today my car went in for a major service & M.O.T. When dropping off my keys I was greeted by my first name good customer relations for knowing the customer and we discussed a final summary of the work to be completed on the car; so that all parties knew exactly what was happening. The front reception staff, Daniella and Gemma, are both always friendly on the phone and in person. The work was completed within a timely manner and when I returned to collect my vehicle, the M.O.T. pass was excellent with only one 'silly' advisory which they sorted no bother at all. I regard this as purely honest and excellent service, without needing to 'find any problems to make extra money' - as I've previously had from other garages. This is the second time that I have been to MM Auto Services Ltd for this type of work. I can easily say that they work far more honestly and with great quality than with previous places I have been to with this current car based on my experiences. I will be back again next year for the same again, or [of course] sooner if there are any repairs to be dealt with.Service: Oil change
Really friendly and professional service. Diagnosed the engine fault and had a new part ordered and fitted the next day. Kept in contact with me to let me know what was going on at all points. Final bill cheaper than quoted. I'm working in Scotland for a few months, genuinely considering getting these guys to service the van before I leave!

Wow!! In times when people tend to take good service for granted, MM Autoservices in Dundee have have proven that whenever you are in a tight spot they are still there for you to really help you out and not just take your money like others garages in the Dundee area i've been in contact with. Being a visitor from Holland and using my own car, the alternatorpully collapsed and it needed a new alternator. All the other garages i spoke to just mentioned it was too difficult or impossible regarding my car reg. not being in the UK system. MM did not give up there and i'll be forever grateful for it! Because of their purseverance i had my car fixed in less than 24hrs and could get on with my planned journey home. Thanks to Daniella and her colleagues for being the prime example or running a company where service is held in high regard and for proving why Scotland is such a cool country full of helpful people! My husband, having used many garages throughout the years, was recommended MM Auto Services in Dundee. What a difference! They were so courteous, understanding of your concerns for the vehicle, and most of all the most professional mechanics you will find in Tayside. Do not hesitate to trust them with your vehicle would be his recommendation for anyone looking to have their vehicle repaired.
It can be difficult to come by a reliable, trustworthy garage but this is definitely one of them. Staff are friendly and happy to work with you to sort out any issues. Great experience with them.
I've taken my car to MM Auto's for a service and MOT now for three years and can't recommend them highly enough. The customer service and care is excellent from this trustworthy business.
Booked my BMW in for an MOT and full service. Outstanding performance. Great people. A much more personal service when compared to some. I will definitely go there again.
