Staff exceptionally helpful. Operation running to scheduled timeslots on both occasions so no delays or waiting around. Site itself is a disaster - infrastructure is the worst example I've come across nationally. These staff deserve some investment from head office. They provide excellent service in atrocious conditions. Reception/waiting area is essentially a portacabin. There are no customer facilities save 3 seats (one of which is slightly broken). The "car park" is an old industrial yard barely big enough to move the vehicles around in/out of the service bay. This site is a local back street garage not a large national chain - Halfords you should be ashamed to let your customers see this - and ashamed to make such good staff work in such conditions!

Booked this service on line after checking prices. I found the service to be very good and prices were competitive. I dropped my car off at a pre-arranged time and collected about an hour later, all as planned. In between times, the centre at Ure Street is a short walk to Perth Road so I was able to access cafes and shops to pass the time. I'd happily use the Ure Street Autocentre again in future.

Avoid at all costs, they will try to con you for things that do not need doing just to get more money.

Made a booking online (car needed analysis to determine why warning lights were flashing). Pre-paid via PayPal and had the booking confirmed within minutes. Took the car in and the customer service was excellent. All was fully explained to me and there was an overall sense of technical expertise. Fault has cleared. Highly recommended.
