We visited here today looking for our son a bike to learn to ride on and to our surprise , we ended up leaving with a bike , given to us ,no charge, just needed the tyres pumping up . All was asked of us was if we would bring it back when he was ready to move onto a bigger bike . Which of course after such superb service we wouldn't think of going anywhere else,  thankyou again m l cycles  , you made our sons day and we will recommend you to anyone who will listen 😊

Absolutely brilliant man. Happy to do the smallest repair, for a good price , and be there more once when my bike been broken I been ride a 4 year and broke my bike few and been to same place to get fix and done far good job on it so my man need big thanks for a hardwork.

Mike's support from first enquiry to purchase,has been excellent. I was interested in purchasing a road racing bike,having found mountain bike too cumbersome.   He invited me to pop down to his shop and I recieved a warm welcome, given time to explain what I had in mind.  Spotting a bike I was immediately drawn to,Mike prepared it for sale,fitted lights,and  advice on helmets.   Mike kindly offered to drop off the big at my home,making sure height of the saddle was correct for me,and explained how to take off the front wheel.    Dealing with a personable,local retail outlet ,gave me confidence in terms of post purchase support,sadly lasking in the mainstream well advertised bycycle outlets.

AVOID!! Over charges and thinks the customers don't realise, keeps the parts that he takes off your bike, if you take your bike here make sure you know exactly what he is doing and check it's been done after, far better trustworthy and reasonable places in Wigan to go.
