Last time I was in here, I went to return something I had bought earlier that day because I have a habit of making impulse buys and I know it must be a pain for them. I asked politely if I could possibly return the item. The lady stared at me and there was an awkward atmosphere. She then opened the till and gave me my money back while saying "Why did you buy it then?" in a rude tone. I do apologise for the inconvenience I caused you but you could have simply said No instead of being rude
All the shelves are full of empty boxes. It looks like they've been burgled

The old lady cannot find the parcel, she is very impatient and rude to me. If you cannot read and see clearly . DON’T BLAME CUSTOMER & show your attitude!
