We've had to store furniture whilst we've had our Conservatory Conversion completed, and Jennie has been wonderful.  Excellent service when we went in to see her, very quick and efficient and has been very helpful when we had to extend our hire period.  Wouldn't hesitate to go back there again.

What a pleasant experience. I needed to store furniture for about 6 weeks prior to moving in to my new house. As my previous place was furnished I had to buy furniture and then store it as we went along. When I first called the usual crowd, I noticed that they weren't flexible at all. They required that I pay for 2 - 3 months upfront and then get refunded for the time I never made use of their facilities. I was after something simple and easy. I called up and spoke with Jenny. What a lovely lady! Took the time to understand my needs and requirements. She went out of her way to keep me happy. And the process was straight forward, quick and easy. I would highly recommend their service.

We are using mk box storage for a second time as we had such good service the first time round. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. We were able to view the different size rooms to get the best one for us. The paperwork is quick and the monthly invoice is handy to have via email.
It has long opening times so access is not a problem. 

We would definitely recommend to friends and family

MK Box Self Storage has been brilliant for our business, with their state of the art security system, clean storage units and very helpful staff. They were very helpful throughout the growth of our business from when we needed a small unit and now in a unit twice the size of the first.

Very good company, we like them and we highly recommend!

We have been using MK Box Self Storage since September 2013 and are very pleased. The units are very clean and the customer service is second to none... Would recommend to anyone..
