I haven't used a storage facility before so I wasn't sure what to expect and was a little apprehensive. But I  was pleasantly surprised. The Big Yellow employee, Jason, was exceptionally helpful, efficient and very polite which gave me a lot of confidence. 
The facility itself is very secure. You need an access code to get into and out of the building and the 'room itself is secured with a strong padlock which you buy from them and is yours to keep.
Large trolleys are supplied to help you 'move in' and there are a couple of large lifts to help you get your stuff to the upper floors.
Everywhere is absolutely spotless too. I really couldn't fault them and would be happy to use the company again should I need storage.

Expensive but very clean and reliable. Plenty of trolleys and pump trucks. Very secure.

Absolutely satisfied! 
It was my first time when i used such things as self storage, so i needed some help.
Jason Simpson guides me every step, explained me everything what I wanted to know, he did a great introduction about the place and healt and safety basics.
I really recommend this place to everyone! Thank you Big Yellow!
