We bought our cabin on an impulse in November and can honestly say it was a great decision. We had expert advice from Pauline and Brian at Hydropool Northwest throughout the whole process. The team of fitters, Adam and Reece were both amazing and worked so hard in horrendous weather to get everything in place on time. We have enjoyed lots of gatherings already and spent Christmas Day in our magical cosy cabin. Looking forward to summer now to make more special memories. Everyone needs an Arctic Bar Cabin.
From the first meeting to the ongoing service the team at Hydropool North West have been incredible. Every request has been met, advice has been incredible and the team that work to get you set up are all super friendly, with great humour. We cannot recommend them highly enough and are enjoying our new space with friends and family. Go on you know you deserve a cabin too.
Highly recommend. The service from the first minute to the last was way ahead of anything we'd experienced with other providers. This is a family affair, with Brian and Pauline and their son Matthew, each providing knowledgeable and exemplary advice. And there's no sales pressure whatsoever with great after sales too. They make things happen too - we never thought we'd get a hot tub into our garden, but they found a way with the crane lift great value and service by the way part of the experience. If you are thinking about a hot tub/swim spa make this company your first appointment. Absolutely first class.
Fabulous service throughout the entire process from Brian, Pauline and Matthew. Unrivalled product knowledge was reassuring when there are so many hot tub companies out there. But with the best insulation you can get for a hot tub, Hydropool seemed the logical choice along with the aftercare if required from this brilliant family team. The team held our product until we were ready for installation then fitted it and ran us through the operating process. I’m hoping that word of mouth helps as I have already recommended them to many friends.
Fantastic service fro Hydropool Manchester. Pauline gave us great advice from the start and was not pushy at all. Excellent communication, delivery was when expected. Smooth installation and good advice about how to oook after our hot tub. We finally got to try out the hot tub last night and we definitely made the right decision!
Could not be happier with our tub. Hydropool North West we’re spot on from beginning to end. I would recommend highly to anyone considering a hot tub purchase.
Visited Pauline and Brian to view the 10m2 arctic cabin. We were able to view the cabin in all its glory and Brian took his time to explain everything to us and the process from ordering to delivery. No pushy sales tactics just a friendly and fantastic service and we love our cabin as do all our friends and family. It has certainly been well used. Highly recommend the service at Hydropool Manchester and the cabins.

Great service, very efficient fitting service, good communication throughout from Brian, Pauline and the fitters. Happy to answer any question or make you very welcome when coming to the showroom when it takes a few visits to decide. Great quality product. Also show you how to work everything before they leave too. All the little extras make it so homely and safe toothe clock, thermometer, bottle opener, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, ect Already had great family time in our new cabin. Great idea for quality family time. Only thing I could possibly suggest is get a fire poker before you get your's fitted as strangely enough that's the only thing it's missingwe were using a fork the first night, not ideal
