Mitchell's is a well established company who work hard on customer satisfaction as a lot of companies they cannot get the job right first time. They cover a wide area from Mansfield to Sleaford which is the NG post code. I worked there for a week a so the staff are pleasant and accommodating but customers need to put correct address and contact names on pallets to avoid being late and not delivered

Shocking people to deal with, sent a pallet to a buyer and told them when it was due to be delivered so they waited in NO DELIVERY. Spoke to Mitchells who at first claim not their problem as they were not the delivery depot when pointed out i book the pallet with them it went to my buyer must be telling lies as none of their drivers would lie and the fact they demand a phone number on booking does not mean a driver would ring. Short and long of it is had to make another payment to arrange delivery or have my pallet "held" Once/if my pallet is delivered i will be taking legal action

Was told delivery would be Thursday or Friday, as it didn't arrive Thursday I assumed it would arrive Friday, called and checked four times that it would arrive today and was assured it would be here before 18.00. I called them on Saturday morning, no reply. It is now 11.30 Monday and still no goods. This is obviously a company that does not care for customer service.

Seemed helpful but driver didn't turn up for two days and then parcel was damaged upon delivery. Are not at all interested in insurance, complete waste of money and time. Use someone else.
