Looked at their "philosophy" of being second to none. Unfortunately when I asked for a sample cost of 18p to check size before ordering hundreds I was told no but I could order online for £6.95 postage. Looked elsewhere and another company couldn't be more helpful in sending a sample for free. I'd recommend looking elsewhere first. Review updated from 1 to 4 stars after their reply and subsequent assistance.
Great engineering supplies company, who have been in the business for over a 100 years. Regularly have items from them and the staff are always really helpful with a* standard of components.
I would suggest not using this company. I ordered items described as a 12mm tapp. In all engineering terms a 12mm tapp describes the thread size. 4 weeks and 4 calls to boneham Turner and they finally pointed out to me that in another link it tells me that the thread size for a 12mm tapp is actually 6mm. The item description is incorrect and it took 4 phone calls and a month after ordering the item to finally get an answer. A very bad experience on my part and i would suggest finding another company to help you.
I contacted Boneham and Turner today and spoke with Angelica who was very courteous, informative and most helpful in sourcing requested parts. A pleasure to do business with this company.
