Ordered the texmex wrap, made some adjustments to it and they were met the wrap was filled generously and it was tasty. The fries were very good. I recommend this place. I understand why people make the resemblance between KFC and miss millies but they are not the same! Update: Ordered the wings of fire and they are very good!
The first time I went to Miss Millie's, I went with my families excited to try this new fried chicken restaurant, however, we were disappointed with the size of the chicken and meals. Although the flavour was okay, they were extremely salty. The price didn't match the quality of food and customer service. The staff members was rude, loud and there was a long wait. We took turn to go to the toilet and we have to ask a member of staff each time to unlock the door. I always like to give things another chance, I went again a few weeks later.. the experience wasn't better.. hopefully they will review their menu and recipe and I hope for the best for them.
It’s a new place in town centre. The menu is exactly the same as KFC. I ordered Millie’ meal. Two pieces of chicken was little bit small, cooked good but I didn’t taste any flavours. Chips as well was little bit. They put mini waffle as a part of meal but I didn’t get the point of waffle! The service was little bit slow for this kind of fast food shop. Tables were full with empty trays for long time and nobody clean! Food was average.
We visited recently with my wife and kids. We found the staff to be friendly and welcoming even though it was fairly busy. We all enjoyed our meals and shakes. But I particularly liked the churros. Lotus and choc berry were both a hit. I would like to comment on how efficient the staff were at keeping tables clean and clear for new diners. The toilet facilities were also clean The only thing I’d comment on is having the option to make the wrap a meal. We just ordered a drink and side to make our own.
Really bad quality of food and to make it worse the customer services was even worse. I asked the assistant manager to change the food or give a refund and he just didn't care. None of the staff wanted to help. Please avoid. Burnt chicken

Terrible food , waffle still frozen. Gravy not heated so lumpy. My friend had a wrap and it wasn't heated. The staff were on their phones behind till. Was really bad. Sorry but never again.. No freshly made food, chicken was so dry you needed a drink to get it down. Such a shame Vegetarian options: One burger Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, not sure about bathroom
We me, wife, 3 year old have eaten here a few times now and it hasn't disappointed. Chicken flavour is much better than KFC and food quality exceptional. I like the fact it is halal, and that is also serves grown up Drinks if you fancy a beer with your chicken. The only downside is the restaurant isn't really set up to accommodate prams, otherwise its fantastic. Burgers are incredible!
The food was good although I won't be able to fit it in my budget often. I did have to go back in as they had forgotten the waffle for my meal but everything else was ok. Not much space for eating in as it's a small store so take out or collection is probably the better option.
Visited on opening day and was greeted by a very enthusiastic and professional staff team. Menu range is great and the dirty fries I got with my burger were simply fantastic. Burger itself was well constructed and had a good flavour balance. Will definitely be coming in again, if not to try their sauces and dessert range.
