I bought a sandal on October 25th and it still hasn't arrived, November 7th! Do not reply to email! I want my money back!!!
I bought two pairs in the autumn and was delighted with the speed of dispatch and the service. A third pair was bought and returned in perfect condition as unsuitable, but no credit was received. Emails and calls gathered no response, so I was forced to escalate it to the Disputes Team of my Visa provider and the £35 was refunded to my account. So make sure you buy anything on Visa so you have comeback when then ignore you and try to keep your money...
After placing an order, then reading the reviews I was pretty certain I wouldn’t receive my shoes. However, a week later I had a email to say my order was sent and the shoes arrived the very next day. The shoes are perfect and great quality; they were individually wrapped in the box and even came with a shoe bag. I personally had no issues.
I bought some shoes from this shop a couple of weeks ago and they arrived in good time. I had to send them back because the fit was too small. Having read reviews here about difficulties with returns, I was quite worried I'd never hear back and would loose out on both my money and shoes. However, my experience was positive. I sent the shoes back and they collected them from the mail center on the Monday. They very quickly processed the return and emailed me my store credit voucher which I had requested as I wanted to buy a different pair of shoes instead. I ordered my new shoes and they've arrived today and they're perfect all in all, very happy with the service and plan to buy from here again. thank you!
DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Bought a pair of heels in February, had to send it back as it was too big, was promised a refund but until today I haven’t got my £84 back! Tried emailing, calling but no luck like many others here! Scammers! A disgrace! Just read all the other bad reviews they have here and you will see!
Absolute scam artists, said my shoes had been dispatched on the 26th May, shoes still haven't arrived, after waiting about 2 weeks I sent a message, no reply, then I sent another & finally got a reply, only to ask for my order number, I sent it over & yet here I am again waiting for a reply. Using people's money to buy in stock with absolutely no intention of sending out the product.
Scammers. Avoid at all costs. They sent me a defective pair and it is now taking over 3 months to replace the pair. They asked me to destroy the pair so to initiate the replacement process and stopped responding after that. After a month of contacting them via email and Depop they still haven’t replaced the pair.
DO NOT PURCHASE - this company is a SCAM - exactly as below, I ordered a pair of heels on 16 June. I received Royal Mail tracking number on 19 June but have since spoken to them and they haven’t got a parcel to deliver. I have emailed/called/messaged on Facebook and the company are ignoring me. Have raised a dispute through PayPal and again, company are ignoring me - please please choose another company to order from
Brought some shoes for myself. Quality was shocking and I agreed a partial refund. 9 months later and numerous emails still no refund. They are scam artists!. please be cautious and protect yourself when buying from this company
Ordered on the 26/12/2020, after several emails and chat requests I finally got a response on the whereabouts of the shoes which were ordered from abroad and not in stock. Eventually received the order on the Friday 8th January with me, gave them to my partner to open on the Saturday as a surprise and they were the wrong heels completely all receipts and paperwork showed the correct heels but they were not checked - a basic you would think?. Sent another email/chat request to get it resolved to which, to credit Miss Hollywood - it was prompt and surprised me, I was told the correct shoes will be with me on the Tuesday 12th and apologies for any inconvenience. I was told UPS was sent to me to collect the incorrect heels on the Monday 11th and they never turned up, came on the Tuesday 12th. I am now waiting for delivery of the correct shoes nearly 3 weeks later and delivery isn't looking to be until w/c 18/01/2021. If you want your shoes to arrive eventually and you aren't fussed on good service then these are your people, otherwise I'd recommend FM Heels or somewhere else.
