Bought birthday present for son in law before I went abroad asked if he would be able to change if size didn’t fit - yes no problem. His birthday was 4 weeks ahead. When he contacted shop to change for bigger size the answer was NO too late as had to be done in 2 weeks. Terrible attitude from staff and used to be regular customers. Not now!!!

Worst company ever. Absolutely ridiculous, no help, no comunication, the staff are not able to talk like a normal human being. They absolutely refusd to exchange a pair of shoes from 44 to 43 saying that the box has been damaged. I have sent back an empty box from the second pair that I’ve purchased from them and they said that they can not use it. I mean how mind blowing ridiculous that can be? Now I have a pair of shoes that I can’t use because their 44 is the size of a 46. Save your money and buy from a decent company because this is an absolutely joke.

Cancelled my order with no prior knowledge. A phone call or an email explaining why you cancelled the order would have been nice, you know an old school personal touch rather than hide behind an automated cancellation email. Amateurs.

WARNING IF you are not from the uk dont buy. It will cost you 40+ Euro to send something back. I have ordered goods worth over 500 pounds. Want to sent back shoes that dont fit an they want me to pay 40 Euro shipping. Shoe cost: 70 € So dont Order if you are not in the uk. And you will have tobpay extra taxes more than 100 Euro. This online store is absolut trash for people outside uk. Dont Order....No customer Service, joke prizes to send Things back .Its a uk only store . Dont buy you will have clothes and sneakers you cant wear or send back...trash.

Hanon is if not the best shop in Aberdeen for most types of trainer's as they do many collaborations between themselves & other brand names along with getting the very latest debut's that's either coming out or just out. Plus they sell their own brand names clothing + apparel & cleaning kits for all types of trainer's...

Visited today due to being in Aberdeen. Really cool shop with a great range of clothes and trainers. Staff were super helpful and amazing. What a gem!

Worst buying experience I have ever had in the fashion culture. Horrible customer service, never received my items I ordered 8 months ago. I have seen other reviews like this and I am worried I wont get my 800$ refund! STAY AWAY FROM HERE
