Customer care was unacceptable. My appointment was delayed half an hour and there was no apology or explanation from the assistant who then did a rush job on my booking and I ended up with a botched job.
Very disappointed, my cousin bought me a gift voucher for Christmas. It was a foot pamper I was expecting a very nice foot message but it was just a quick rub with oil ,my nails were polished but when I got home they were all ruined don't think they were allowed to dry enough .would I go again NO definitely not .

Mirror lmage Beauty had been my choice of beauty treatment for many years. The clientele are treated as friends and are treated as such. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and manager Debbie. If you want friendly and professional treatment,of excellent standard,treatment yourself and book an appointment.
I have been to Mirror Image many times, over the past few years. Whenever I need a massage, facial or just for a waxing, the ladies are always obliging. I cannot say enough about Debbie and her staff, who gives me all sort of advice, on what ever I need!!
The best Beautician's in Wales! I've only been going to this salon for about 25 years!! Professional, friendly and great treatments!
