Just rude. There's a small piece of paper that indicates where you should que to drop Hermes parcels and you get bollocked if you don't notice it. Just rude.
The guy who runs the shops probably thinks he runs the world. Awful behaviour. This busienss better die as it doesn't treat its customers with respect.
Worth popping in for the comedy value. It would make a good sitcom. Customers are not welcome in here. Don't ever think of dropping a Hermes parcel here unless you like being told off.
Awful customer service. I have told the shop owner/ assistant that I want to drop off a parcel with Hermes. There is a lack of communication, I didn’t know what he was doing, he just handed me the label and said put the parcel behind me. I then asked could he throw the printing label away, and the response I had, “outside”. Wow!
Good for a basic daily shop
A box of cereal cornflakes and a 1 litre carton of soya milk for £6.98..how's that for profiteering! And also spotted an expired box of cereal, still on display!!
