Amazed there aren't any more reviews here. This is an appalling practice. The wait time now for an appointment has crept up to 7 weeks! Really? Is that acceptable in any way? The staff are RUDE and unsympathetic. Their complaints procedure is none existent. The doctors are good when you eventually get to see them, so it's not their fault. If the reception staff were a little more understanding it would help, but when you state your surprise at the wait time, you'll be met with silence. Avoid this surgery if you possibly can.
