I used to be afraid to shop here because I felt too old. I'd creep in, have a look and leave without speaking to staff. One day, a member of staff managed to engage with me and gave me the confidence to be there and not worry about 'not belonging'. Since then I've become a regular shopper probably too regular for a healthy bank balance and I've always been treated so well and in a very sincere manner. I've never been dismissed by any member of staff as not being 'right' for their shop and they are all so nice. Thank you.

Amazing customer service. A shirt in the sale was slightly frayed, so they called round multiple other stores, tracked down another one and had it brought into this store for me to pick up.

The wife loves the clothes they sell so easy birthday present
