As a newcomer of some six months now, and working on a "one person" Site, I was certainly apprehensive about my initial "training" session. NO PROBLEMS. Dan taught me what was needed in a really thoroughly friendly way, which put me at ease. Julie my Mobile Supervisor has proved to be an absolute treasure when visiting me on Site.Hayden in the Office answers E Mails immediately and has advised me when needing supplies. They all value me as a team member, which I find really great. Oh....my Salary appears on time every month with a covering E mail. I'm really impressed.
I work at EMR Newhaven and Glen from Minster has looked after us here for 4 years. She is part of the team and we love her, she always has a smile on her face and a kind word, I have worked at the Shoreham by sea depot aswel and Sue was the same over there. fantastic service!! Thank you
I've worked for Minster for over 7 yrs and have previously held the position of supervisor on two sites and have probably worked on more sites as a regular cleaner than any other cleaner in my time here. Management is always helpful and understanding of issues encountered and issues raised. Everyone offers their knowledge and experience when challenges arise and we get resources to get the job done. Minster Sussex is fair in their payment of contract and overtime they pay more! and very generous with holiday bookings as long as reasonable time is given. Best cleaning company I've worked for, having worked for Interserve, Servest, OCS, Mite, Ecolabs and several others.
I have worked for Minster from September last year and can honestly say it's the best company I've worked for. The office staff are always friendly, helpful and approachable if you have a problem. I hope to stay with them.

Hi my name is Carole I’ve been working for minster cleaning now just over two years. I love working for the company your left to just get on with the job in hand. It makes it feel like it’s your own home that you want looking nice. It’s an escape for me from a busy home life.
I am proud to say i have been working at Minster for 5+ years now and hands down this is easily the best commercial cleaning company i have ever worked for. Being part of a national chain is a massive advantage and great knowledge pool to be able to share with. Head office are friendly and supportive to our needs as a branch as best as possible and they do listen to our concerns which is not common place in other national organisations. The team feel like a work family, we all have our ups and downs but the support is fantastic. We are such a close team we have little celebrations at different times of the year together, it is great to see. Cleaning can be a very hard industry, sometimes over looked and under-appreciated. A lot of clients want cleaning but cant afford to spend a lot so its about making it work with the resources you have and i think our team certainly do their best to make staff and customers happy. We are only human and sometimes we get it wrong but we do not sit on the fence, we own up and put things right. also this is the first cleaning company i have been at where all the staff muck in if need be to help make sure customers are happy and not missed out. Minster are pretty well up to date having the support of specialists in Employment law inc common practices such as TUPE, Health and Safety, GDPR procedures etc. Again this shared knowledge from 42 branches is a great help. As an employee you can learn so much about the business world in my role and as a cleaner you are well looked after and prepared for the site you are looking after. All things considered Minster is a very good company with a heart and best intentions for their staff and customers!
Wonderful place to work. very flexible and understanding when it comes to hours. The team are great. I would highly recommend them as a company
