Gochers Laundry have provided our Hotel with an excellent service for many years. They are never late with their deliveries and the products that Gochers supply are always in perfect condition when they arrive. When we needed extra products for a very busy weekend Gochers could not do enough to help and even sent an extra delivery to us on a Sunday morning so our guests had fresh clean sheets to sleep in that night. We have used three other laundries before we tried Gochers and now we wish we had used Gochers from the start. Very friendly team who go the extra mile to ensure their customers get exactly what they want.

Very poor quality despite promises which wasted our time, money and upset a couple of clients with badly ironed linen (we did not know it was so poorly laundered until we were laying up for a clients wedding) we had to pay to use another supplier. When we complained and returned the UNUSED stock we were charged for cleaning for 'hygiene reasons'. The stock was mostly delivered dirty and poorly ironed in the first place. I complained and brought up these matters with the manager Julie who said I should ask the bank to refund the money as per the direct debit guarante knowing I was unlikely to get the money returned. Worth paying a bit more and using someone better.
