We had such a fun afternoon on this tour and would do it again in a heartbeat. Our guide Kevin was super friendly and highly knowledgeable. We went during the heatwave, and even though it was a sweltering day, Kevin was sure to keep us in the shade and not overheat or feel uncomfortable at any point. The walking wasn't strenuous in any way, and it was a lovely way to experience the historical aspect of London's pubs and learn some interesting facts. Thank you for a great time!

Walking around the backstreets of London drinking in some of the oldest pubs circa 1604 and getting to know the history was amazing! I would highly recommend! We are booking again in the next few months! Thanks again! Scott & Sophie.
Will was awesome, best guide and type of tour I’ve been on. Loved our London visit.
Our tour guide was Dave, we were both born in London but we got to see things we never knew about. The pubs we went to were incredible, they took us right back in time whilst raising a drink. This tour was amazing I would highly recommend it to everyone. There are so many hidden gems to explore in London and this is definitely the way to do it. But If you don't get a chance to do the tour there is a great book to read.
We went on the tour in early December. A lovely pub crawl to beautiful old pubs and passing a few hidden ones as well. Our guide Will provided great information about the history of the pubs and other parts of the "old" innner London. A great walking tour that provides historical insights and happy socialising with the other people on the tour. Highly recommended.
I highly recommend this small group tour. Great history about the pubs. Our tour guide Chris was absolutely Amazing!!! This is a must when coming to London!!!
Will was my tour guide on this tour and he was wonderful! Well informed, engaging and very easy to talk to! I love his knowledge of the pubs and gave us ample time to spend at each location! The pubs were widely ranged from the size, the vibe and the history! I highly recommend this tour!

Wow: Ale, pubs, history and gum street-art! This tour is such a great way to spend an afternoon in London! I am fortunate enough to have now taken this tour twice with John, both in 2017 & now December 2019. and both times were outstanding! It really is like touring around ancient pubs with a great friend. John not only knows the history of all the pubs you will visit, he also is very knowledgeable regarding the historical sites and folklore all around old London. He is able to share that on the tour in a good-spirited and fun way. Of course you will sample great English beer, but since my last visit was with family, Liquid History was able to customize our tour to be inclusive of our family interests, with emphasis on London history, architecture and photo op sites and of course there was still time for Ale! All in our group agreed that this tour was the highlight of our recent visit. I have done many tours all around the world, and this is by far one of my favorites. John & Liquid History may just be reason enough for us to return for yet another London visit!
