I have just sold my vintage Rolex at Milton's.I did so reluctantly because of a change of circumstance.I had not dealt with them before but now certainly would again. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Personal service are the by words for this family business and the transaction was conducted with empathy and professionalism. All staff were friendly and efficient. I got a great deal and I received payment within a couple of hours.Faultless service. I would especially like to thank Mr Hayward Milton who took the trouble to see us personally. He is a gentleman and his communication and expertise gave me confidence and the transaction was made easy.

We bought a watch from Milton's today and the service we received from Rachel was excellent, she was extremely helpful and very pleasant. We are made up with the quality of the product and would highly recommend.
I live out in the sticks, so needed a watch valuation done during my City break in Liverpool. Staff were polite and helpful. Milton's was the only retailer in the city that could do the valuation in the timeframe saving me weeks & a return visit plus it was more reasonable that other stores. Paperwork/pack is very thorough and professional and was accepted by my insurer. Thank you!
Bought a beautiful ring. White gold with diamonds for my wife, only a few days before Christmas but it needed resizing. Lindsey who served me made sure this was sorted for me to collect with a couple of days to spare. Amazing service.

I went into Miltons today Liverpool precinct and approach Rachel. . I was not sure of the rings I was interested in she had a lot of knowledge of the rings but the one I chose was the best . it was our and 50th wedding anniversary. It might not be a lot of money to some people but it was a lot to me and my husband so I wanted to get all the information I could which I did off Rachel. What a lovely person she explained everything to us . A felt like it didn’t matter whether I spent £10 or 10,000 it wouldn’t have mattered to her. she gave us 110%. We came out of Milton is very satisfied, and I would like to thank you and all your stuff and especially Rachel What a lovely person you have working for you all the best for the future. Popped into Milton’s whilst shopping in St John’s precinct & saw a gorgeous, diamond ring in the window begging me to go in & try it on! Janine was very helpful & suggested it was meant for me as it was a perfect fit! I took her advice & put a deposit on it straight away just in time for Christmas! Thank you for your help Janine.
