Today my knee snapped when I was lifting some stuff into my car. The whole experience was smooth and good. Staff were very kind and polite. They arranged xray for me very quickly. Arrived at 4:30pm and left at 6pm.

I had come in for a dislocated shoulder and I was treated and out within 1 hour. The staff were absolutely amazing, even with the doctors on strike, they had seen the situation I was in and immediately put me through for an X ray, once that was completed I was escorted to a room in which my shoulder was put back into place with the help of Gas and Air. Once completed I had another X-ray done, given medicines and a quick consultation explaining the process and what I can and cannot do in the healing process. Considering the circumstances of what the NHS is going through the service was amazing and went above and beyond expectations.nnI appreciate the help I was given and grateful for it.

Only one duty doctor in the night. I’m bleeding in the hall for 4 hours no help. NHS failure, UK failure

Shame uneducated staff give the whole team a bad name, I had precancer treatment on halloween that went wrong as local anaesthetic didnt work. Told if bleeding started outside of gynaecology times to come a and e.nHaving bled since the 8th, my hormones r messed up, causing lactation and the bleeding causing cramps lole contractions, this scared me I could b having a cryptic pregnancy,nI have ptsd from d.v, on Fri 111 said they needed to scan me 2 b sure it wasn't pregnancy n made me go in via ambulance.. the team refused to due to negative urine. Despite sorting child care. Sat 111 said I had 2 go back n they made me take my children as couldn't get childcare. The team stuck us in a room with sofas and cctv 20 mins after arrival, I was refused paracetamol, left without a drink for 10 hours, n slept on the hospital floor for an hour so my children could sleep on the sofas, they tried cancel my scan and instead had mental health come in to assess me and distress myself and children 3 times for nothing more than lack of education, if a woman didn't have ptsd and presented same problems it would b protocol to scan to rule out.nHope families who get stuck here get joy nuna or danielle, lovely staff. The rest I hope get investigated and cared for by someone like themselves in their future

I came here after dislocating my foot and the team were amazing. Straight through to xray and I was getting it snapped back in and put in a cast and out again in just over an hour. Amazing aftercare - in real emergencies they are incredible.
