Used EV chargers here. Very sophisticated! Arrived early such that I could detach my caravan almost adjacent in available parking space not EV and charge using Ionity which, as usual was quick and easy. There’s a low height barrier which had been swung away otherwise I would not have been able to get in. Superb facility.
It was quite easy to locate. Has all the basic facilities needed to make you comfortable while waiting. Not particularly happy that you need to pay to use the toilets though
Stayed for couple of hours for a transit , enough room and seats , should mention that its warm inside. One shop is there to grab a coffee or a sandwich but they are closing in the midnight Im not sure about the exact timing.. Clean toilet
The conducive waiting area, mini store to buy snacks or coffee. Good parking area for the coaches. However, you will have to pay to use the toilet.
Member of staff there in the day was helpful in pointing out the walking route into MK. Member of staff in the evening was rude and not at all helpful when I simply asked if there was anywhere I could get tap water given that the drinks machine was out of order. A reminder that awful customer service is in the DNA of so many UK job roles.
I only had a quick stop here passing through on my coach on my way up to Middlesbrough intact I didn't even have time to get off the coach before we had to leave again but from what little I could see from the window looked clean and there seemed to be a number of staff available to help if you needed information.
Nothing special about this coachway. It has all you need but they need to stop people paying to use the bathroom; especially with coins when hardly anybody travels with cash nowadays. Good coachway that does its job but could use some updating.
Well laid out and neat. The external areas could do with a public address system and a notice/schedule screen as it can get crowded in the internal waiting area.
It’s 6:30am, the coffee shop isn’t open meant to open at 6:00am, the vending machines aren’t working, and if you want to use the toilets you have to pay 30p cash only. Honestly, dreadful experience.
Decent size, enough seats, but feels cramped. Coffee shop is nice but expensive as are most that are near bus or train terminals
